It's not called a "clicky switch", number 1. Number 2, "clicky" isn't a word, and therefore, number 3, you won't find it by searching for "clicky switch".
Who pissed in your Corn Flakes vberg06? You won't find it anywhere because SureFire doesn't make a clicky switch with a Nitrolon body. This was made by me and if I want to call it a "clicky" switch, I will.
I also carefully silicon the rubber boot in and use a second o-ring on the body. I've tested it submerged underwater for 8 hours with zero water intrusion.
After having a few clicky mechanisms fail over the past couple years, I found one that is actually reliable. I've been testing it for the past year, dropping it, banging it around and just plain using it. I've clicked it thousands of times and its never failed. The original switch mechanism is removed and the new one installed. It is a labor intensive operation and is not reversable.
Nice Job with the mod, seems durable and works great!!!

I have never seen these offered by SureFire and I can't find them on the website. Please provide a link to a Nitrolon clicky switch.

It's called the Z59 click-on tail-cap switch.
You're welcome
