Can someone help me out? I'm thinking seriously about going vegetarian, and I would like some advice as to what I can eat that will keep me as healthy as if I was still eating meat. Any ideas of things to eat?

Make sure you get plenty of protein, since a majority of the protein in the average human diet comes from meat, replace it with nuts or other protien rich foods.

Well done video, it's alot more better than the 'don't kill animals for fur' videos which show pics and false facts to sway you to think like them.

I like the music used, choreography of photographs and finale words. But still, it won't discourage me from eating meat so far ...safe to say I can't live without eating meat. Don't know why, but for others who can this video would really help them.

I believe it's okay for people to eat animals. The Bible says we can. And also, animals eat other animals, so why can't we eat them? I just don't agree with the way people treat most animals before eating them. It's sick and inhumane.

It was okay for us to eat animals when we were properly hunting them and respecting our wildlife. I dont think the bible is telling us to mass produce them and abuse them. If you believe its okay to eat meat, you're just supporting the kill of more innocent animals. Doesnt matter how inhumane you think it is, you still do it.

Aww- sweet video. I love animals, and I love how beautifully amazing they are. I was vegetarian for 8 months straight, but now I eat fish and some chicken, and turkey/duck on special occasions. I have nothing against those animals- since I write articles and write up homework stuff about it. My parents told me I couldn't eat only veggies. My parents would have let me if we had more money and this economy didn't suck so much, because then I could eat in pure, soy deliciousness... Yummy! ;3

I think some people do (ever hear of mutton?), especially people of Greek descent, and a lot of people drink goat's milk and eat cheeses made from it.
