The show is promoting unhealthiness man.
The reason he won is because the other contestants on the show were forced to retain and gain muscle via strength work.
Jerry didn't lift anywhere near the same weights, his body burned muscle and he had a big advantage which in reality is counter productive to health.

I was in complete SHOCK when I saw that he lost 177 pounds. I didn't believe it.... he was a sleeper.

He looks great. As long as he FEELS great that is all that matters All of those diseases and problems he had - ALL GONE! So amazing, that is what matters most.. His wife looks amazing too! She's got some good curves too for a 63 year old woman! LOL!

Jerry, you did a great job, BUT you seem to have suffered a mild stroke? Your eyes look hollow, something's not right. I loved your spirit on the show, but was shocked to see how odd you looked in the finale. Hope all is well.

Having seen Jerry in person at the finale, I can promise you he is not too thin and he does not look sick. Jerry looks strong and healthy.
