  • Lol! I have to show this to my husband! He will get such a kick out of it.

  • If you're driving a Bugatti Veyron at 210 mph why the hell would you pull over for the cop?

  • @Capesports4 For proof of man hood.

  • How do the cop car even catch up and pull the Veyron over? lol...

What are cop cars again? Fords? Haha.

  • @xKurogashi I think it is a speed camera.

But come to think of it, it would be hilarious if a cop catched the veyron with a crown victoria :D

  • I dont think even a speed camera let alone a police officer could see a Veyron wizz past at 210mph

  • lol thats probably the only reason to move to america xD

  • Jejejejejejeje if I said come to Colombia we "don't" have speed limit usually they'll say no so ok. Why you don't choose Germany. They have the autobahn that is the world's fastest road. And they have ehra

  • If i was the cop i wouldnt even try to catch him id be like "well i guess ima just call it a day nd quit my job" hahaha fuckin helicopters wouldnt help either

  • cop must have shat himself

  • they impound your car and give u jail time when u go 30mph over the speed limit

  • @formyfriends01 were?

  • @Holden599GTB

In California but im perty sure most states will impound your car and take it away going over 30 mph, so if the speed limit was 65 and u were going 110 on the free way they would take it and some states even put a hold of 30 dollars a day to keep it in storage. and storage is around 60 dollars a day so most cant get their cars. the government keeps the car an auctions them off if u cant pay for it.

thats our freedom gota love it jkjk

  • @formyfriends01 Hmmm prob just Cali is like that, heard you guys are strict about everything, guns, cars, emissions, etc. My gpa was doin 75 in a 35 ( lol old people) and he got a ticket thats it. The most ive done was 90 in a 65. Cop lowered it to 15 over. Nice cops in good ole north cakalaky.

  • @Holden599GTB Ya Cali is really strict with their laws. if the cop doesn't say u are going 15 under what u were they can impound it, but what i have seen alot of times is they have over amount of laws and the cops can chose who they want to enforce the law on depending on the kind of person u are from their observation. but America is becoming like a police state and that's just how it is. Even if a cop lies about something the judge would believe the cop over the other person.

  • How did the police catch up to him?

  • @fashioncorpse Why would you outrun? If that cop got your tags on the radar, Not gonna be very hard to track down a Buggati, last time i checked theres not many around these parts ( the world )

  • @fashioncorpse he didnt, speed camera tagged the veyron.

  • in canada you would have lost your licence and the ticket would be in the thousands of dollars

  • 0:20 lolz

  • 1:00 the moment top gear US was conceived...why mr.May why?

  • $500 my ass.. I know people who've lost their license for going 95 in a 40..

  • @Scownage multiple offenses probably.

  • @WhoooLovesOrangeSoda No, there's a special system if you're a generous donor, or a "friend" of the police force. You get a little white ticket, and it's basically a "get out of jail free card". Its checkbook justice at its finest.

  • im from cali. so, now i should get rich, buy a bugatti, and do the same.

  • in germany this is legal :)

  • Its a Bugatti, its not like there are millions of them in the same area

  • How did they catch him if when topgear proved it you cannot catch them is they are travelling 175+ mph

  • well unfortunately that's not the case anymore now if your going over a 100mph you get arrested and they impound yer car. at least they do in Oregon so if you see the Christmas lights in your rear view mirror and you happen to look down at your speedo and your doing 100+mph just go for it.

  • @WolfPunk44O Yea it's the same thing in California.I call bull shit on this

  • If you have a Veyron, you're obviously rich

    If you're rich, you're a powerful person

Basically the cop that gave the ticket must be driving a scooter, instead of a car.

    Or got fired.

  • @bjow324 The guy with the Veyron must've stopped, but why would he??? By the time they catch up to him which will be never, he coul've been long gone.

  • @bjow324 Or the guy with the Veyron just wanted to get the biggest speeding ticket to brag to his mates.

  • please come to California!! we will have you, and England can have our shit top gear show

  • @Snowypaws Saw that on iPlayer (yes, the US Top Gear is on iPlayer).

That's the worst car show I have ever watched in my life!

  • @Snowypaws its ok you can keep Top Gear USA even though it is shit LOL

  • @Snowypaws - escuse me, but top gear is by the BBC which was sold on to BBC America which is also a UK channel shown in america with your crap people

  • @TheMediaMasters - excuse me, but the USA Top Gear is written, directed and enacted by Americans. Well done for singling out an entire nation based on your ignorance, idiot.

  • @MikeyTingzz - i know its made by americans, but what I was pointing out is that when programs are originally made in one country by a company and then is sold on to companies in other countries

  • See Clarkson does say good things about USA~

  • That's the only time I've ever heard them say the US was better than the UK.

  • My question is how the hell they got a Buggati to 210 MPH with Cali traffic and horrific roads.

  • @AKCanadian It might not have been that hard. SR73 is a toll road (so less traffic), and that portion was only built about 15 years ago, so it's in pretty good shape. And I've seen the ticket--it was written at 1:35AM, when that road would have been close to deserted.

  • James made a smart :)

  • go to germany, you don't even get a ticket for that

  • JC is wrong about the speeding ticket... here in cali, going over 90 or 100mph (I believe) in a 65mph zone is called a "Display of Speed" and you get your ass arrested and thrown in jail, not fined

  • i wish they actually moved here and took over our top gear. that would be amazing

  • LOL, slapping a $500 fine on someone driving a $1.6M car. Yeah, that'll deter them!;-)

  • @snipe1963 what they don't metion is the guy now has to go to court and will loose his license for awhile. my dad had his suspened for over a year for doing 157mph in a 55mph zone back in the early 80's.

  • @CamaroAmx wow really

    i did 131 in a 65 and all i got was a ticket

  • United States of America .... FTW!!!!!!!!!

  • The driver should be James May!

  • @Lambo458scuderia James has driven the Veyron on a test track to hit it's top speed - Enjoy :) /watch?v=LO0PgyPWE3o

  • The guy probably spent the night in jail though and was released ROR by the judge during arraignment to appear in traffic court. All in all, it was worth it (thank God no one was hurt in a crash).

  • If he has the money to afford a Bugatti I'm shure he wouldn't mind dropping 500$ lol

  • @92RB20Monster and he can afford the cab fares until he gets his license back (garnenteed it will be suspended). he probaly got nailed for reckless driving and in Cali you can also be cited for street racing, which will cause the car to be crushed (if they wanna be an ass about it and throw the book at him).

  • that is what i'll do if i own a veyron

  • the police always have faster things that can catch us

  • @ExpertSwimmer California has nothing faster than a Veyron

  • @surredneck66 Yes we do. Earthquake shockwaves lol

  • @rysnyper50002 haha i ya your right but its tough to catch speeders with them

  • only 337kph. Now imagine if the guy had the "Top Speed Key" inserted in his veyron.

  • my sister was ran over by someone grossly over speeding, she dies of her injuries. I cant find this stuff funny anymore it is irresponsible

  • @wasianwigger I... highly recommend... not watching Top Gear, then...

  • that's a civilized behavior

  • happy i live in germany, no speed ticket for that speed over here :)

  • Tv*

  • Look mum! My ticket its on Fb!

  • Happy I live in California

  • its not that hard to find a 1.6 million dollar Bugatti Veyron anywhere in the United States................i know cuz ive only seen 1 lexus LFA in 13 difff states.............high end cars like that are deff noticable lol but i need to move to cali if im going to speed lol

  • @im2tweaked NASCAR driver Kyle Bush has a LF-A. he lives in south carolina. he got poped for speeding in that too. he got in big trouble, both with the police and with his sponsors/team.

  • the ticket in CA for 210mph would be way more then 500$

and they would try to take your license away

  • @iwousa You're so right, my ticket for going 106 was $1292, plus 3 points on my license and the impounding of my car which in the end cost me another something like... $600

  • if you're doing 210mph why stop for the cops? at that speed they'd never be able to catch you...

  • @zenthex1234 then about 30m later your gas tank is empty.. and your tires are beyond bald haha

  • @AMTonyT 30 miles? or 30 minutes? because 30 minutes at 210mph is still over 100 miles.

  • I meant the person get arrested

  • um hes driving around in a 1.5 million $ car. he laughs at 500$

  • @smittyboy8833 he probaly paid the ticket with the change stuck between the cushions on his sofa

  • Speed cameras work at 210 mph..?

  • Comment removed

  • @john9988766 its america, we aren't that advanced yet

  • that guys got balls

  • i think they should have given the guy a medal not a fine

  • What I want to know is how the police managed to issue a ticket to a car going 210mph. By the time the lights went on, the Bugatti must have been miles away!

  • @trilltrillian They probably just took a picture and then sent it by mail :))

  • @bubanek it cant be because it is a written ticket.

  • @bubanek Did you not watch the speed camrera challenge they don't work at them speeds.

  • @bubanek No mate. We don't have speed cameras here in California. We haven't yet figured out how to get that down. People just stop for the police...

  • @bubanek Do they have speed camera in cali? i live in Pennsylvania (near intercourse, Lol) and ive never seen a speed camera in person before. Ever.

  • @trilltrillian Speed camera .

  • @trilltrillian id have put the ticket in a frame lol

  • @trilltrillian Not many ppl in that town would have a Bugatti 2D would they?... So not hard to track down lol...

  • @trilltrillian helicopter (speed limit enforced by air patrol) or by toll distances (if he was on a tollhighway). they can nail you if you make it from tollbooth to tollbooth too fast.

  • @trilltrillian exactly! lol

  • can;t excessive speed be dangerous driving? and you can get the car impounded or arrested?

  • @MaddDogg81 Depends on the context. If you're doing 210+ on the freeway in LA, sure, but if you're doing 210+ on the burn between LA and San francisco or sacramento on a long stretch, they may grant you leniency.

Particularly if you pull over and don't give cops any crap.

(Note: Cops really don't want to issue tickets; even at $500 for the maximum, most tickets cost more to process than they're made out for.)

  • @MaddDogg81 Not really....If you comply to stop than its all ok .....if you resist arrest by not stopping then you get a can of whoop ass coming your way :D

  • @MaddDogg81 But how would you handcuff a Veyron? Wheelcuffs, anyone?
