well i retract what i said about him being annointed. he called one of my best friends, guy i go to church with and going to start a ministry with a masturbator. plus he told another girl i know is on fire she needed to repent and when my buddy told her what God says, micah told her to watch out for an erection. He then told our group that the Lord doesnt hear the prayers of sinners, while we were praying over a girl who wanted to confess her sins. Micah is working for the enemy.

Guys Have you missed the whole catholic preachers touch little boys and let's cover it up and move them from parish to parish? The only Christian sect that is close to fall the true teachings of Jesus is Eastern Orthodox, the only church the has manage to keep the world of god true with out selling passes in to heaven (like the catholics)...

But, I came to the conviction that alot of what Jesus taught was perverted by later Christians (including the Apostle Paul). I think we lost our Jewishness--our questioning and skeptical nature. We need to question things that can't be proven--statements like Jesus was God's son, Jesus rose again.
I'm Roman Catholic. I know that I question them, and even though the Bible isn't a history book, and shouldn't be taken that way, the Gospels are proof of Jesus being God's son, and Jesus' resurrection.
I think Catholics are the closest to being the truthful Christian religion. Although the Catholic teachings on ethics are almost perfect--because the emphasis community and brotherly love--the Catholic church still must rid itself of mysticism. Until then, they will not be able to compete with the Jewish religion.
In fact, I am strongly considering becoming a Catholic, because I have consider them to be morally right on most of their teachings. They have become much more accepting of other religions. But, I think in future milleniums, the Church will begin to realize that a few of its teachings amount to superstition--like the emphasis on the virgin birth, the emphasis on the resurrection, and a few more of these.
You can't be a Catholic and not be an orthodox Christian in the first place. You have to believe in those miracles that you're so quickly dismissing as superstition.
I'm not a Catholic, but I know you have to believe in the Apostle's Creed to receive communion.
