The most likely is if they launch with intent to kill it either fails in flight or because the technology their using is so old we shoot it out of the sky long before it comes close to endangering anyone. And even that scenario is highly unlikely because North Korea knows that doing that will justify us, even in the eye of China, to roll in there and squash them like ants.

So what that means is Bob's statement about Obama going to get us all killed either shows Bob's profound lack of knowledge or that he's a whiny little bitch that probably runs into a corner and cries for hours when a spider gets in his house. North Korea is not and will never be a threat. They're a poor, weak, starving country that is trying to use ideal threats to get international aid, and is not worth getting your panties stuck up your ass when they say anything.

What part of this are you missing? The worst case highly unlikely scenario, they can't even get rid of Hawaii with what they have. Getting up and arms and demanding military action is a bigger waste of time then trying to explain to you that North Korea is like a dieing ant in someone else's yard? No matter how loud that dieing ant screams that he'll crawl into your brain and kill you why you sleep, why would you believe him or care?
