Yeah that's true and also felt that Gilligan's Island typecast her and prevented her from more 'serious actress' roles. Also, she reportedly didn't get along with the producers and Bob Denver in particular which is hard to believe watching the show.

She said that, but afterwards took a Matt Helm movie role even more over the top in its sexiness. Plus there are two commercials from the same era here on youtube showing that same persona. She complained, but then worked the same element. She was flighty in her decision making. Had she been smart, she could have used it as a vehicle, like Raquel, then used the fame and money to make what she wanted. Too self-centered and short sighted.
