The issue is not whether the hacking is a crime, but whether the extent to which it was prosecuted was a double standard and aided a cover up of Sarah Palin's crimes

XD uneducated little newspeople.. funny how when everyday-normal-citizen's get their emails "hacked" and no one gives a shit, but when The Sarah Palin gets "hacked" the whole world turns inside out. According to the news report, it wasn't even HACKING. c'mon now.. guessing the password? LOL. epic fail on Sarah's part.. kudos to the kid :)

This isn't even hacking, it's just Sarah Palin being an idiot. Nothing out of the ordinary at all given her past.

But the solution is short and simple: She didn't follow Yahoo!'s tips when creating security questions, so it's her own fault for being an ignorant boob. The charges should be dropped without a second thought. The same goes for any other 'hackers' who are exploiting human stupidity rather than security systems; regardless of the damage done.
