I've been listening to t.A.T.u. for years (since I was in elementary school) and it's weird how no one knows about them. I'm in college now and when ppl ask me what's my fav band I tell them t.A.T.u. Then they get this weird look on their face and it pisses me off how this band is underrated! seriously?! more ppl know about dumbass lady gaga (which is not worth the gum under my shoes). @HaiAbbyBear Yeah, I would've preferred an extension of the more techno theme set in the first 25 seconds, but at some point the music has to step aside and let the singers prove their awesomeness. Though if you listen closely they actually kept the beat, it's just pretty deep in the background.

You shouldn't be a solo artist that keeps singing the "group's" songs singly. If the audience begs, I guess maybe then, but Lena should be really keeping the two separate. "Running Blind" grows on you. I got the album (Vesyolye ulybki) a year back, at only now this song starts to stand out among the pack. Both girls' singing parts contrast well with the pounding rhythms, with the beautiful, lingering verses naturally reserved for Lena. The hoarse voice of Yulia delivers an urgency well suited to the lyrics. And nowadays Yulia sings really good in English. @theN389 After the split and overall stagnant nature of t.A.T.u, I've looked into bands that have similar styles and hearts of t.A.T.u. Luckily I stumbled onto the Korean music scene (as I also support e-sports), and have found them to be up and coming "t.A.T.u"-esq bands. So Nyeo Shi Dae (girl's generation), 4minute, and Kara, come to mind. While they haven't moved into any english songs, nor have they exploded worldwide like Tatu did, they are fun, and catchy. I highly suggest them.. ^^
