you need a new routine or diet you literally have no gains from your older videos , take what ever you want from it im just some random person on the internet....ive been lifting for only 6 months and my arms,chest are bigger and stronger.....but your deadlift is way past mine and your ripped as fuck ...idk if your goal is maintaing may want to start calculating stuff for intensity it helped me staying around 70 -90 % of my max ...good day
-First, welcome to the life of natural bodybuilding. Gains come very, very slow. Second, if you can't notice the improvements in my legs from old videos to my recent prep ones, I advise you to go get some glasses or contacts asap.
