Loading Plug-ins in Photoshop Elements (Preset Manager)

How do I add text formats to presets? Such as per-say i wanted to add "New Times Roman". Where would I go to add that?

Import filters? I'm not sure what you mean by importing them. Filters can be installed in several ways.
