@slytheron Thats guy is the governor of Upper Nile State, the state that border North Sudan. Infact he said, "May God bless Junub Sudan" or in English is "May God bless South Sudan" Sound the same but yeah, there are alot of Nilotices speakers in the area includinig Shilluk which share the same language with Luo.
They deserve the freedom after centuries of suffering. I hope they make the best of it & not follow the example of their neighbours. Uganda, Ethiopia, Kenya, Chad, Egypt, Eritrea & Congo - all disastrous regimes that have failed harmonize their people with equal justice & fairness. As bad as Kenya is, it might be the better example!
