the weight in both trucks is the same. even though the older one is only regular cab and the newer one is extended cab, back in the day they made shit from steel and made em to last. so if you think about it they both weigh about the same

the old gm has no weight in the back so it has less traction but the motor in probably heavier  so maybe not
