This works for the most part to send email directly to trash, archive or delete:
1) Click create a "Filter" (over by search box)
2) If they send from the same email, use the "From" and enter their email. If not always the same email, try the just using their domain name.
3) Click "Test Search" (make sure one of their emails are in your inbox). If no results are found, try fine tuning with other field options. Then click "Next Step".
4) Choose the options wanted. Click "Create Filter" and also check the option to apply to other messages if appearing.
This method helps me keep a cleaner inbox.
