@lauraann1278 I just started roller derby and you dont need to train at all to start. They will work with you and teach you how to do everything. There are people there that were never on skates in there life (like me). I love it although you have to remember that your gonna fall a lot at first.

@lauraann1278 I'm a roller derby tot with the Rockford Rage in Northern Illinois. I started skating back in March and will hopefully be graduating to Fresh Meat within the next couple of weeks. Roller Derby is fast, fun and highly addicting. I haven't done sports since I was a kid and have never been athletic but the more you skate and start practicing the better you will be. It is a lot of a hard work but a lot of fun.
