pankarezas i am not sure if you've even played quake at all in your life. These are regular jumps without hitting walls, or slowing down for that matter. And a few of these jumps I've tried over and over and still couldn't figure out how he did it. So I want to see your video of trick jumping. As for RJing there's a lot of different ways to rocket jumping...

1.on non-horizontal surfaces you got a lot more speed an hight.

2- Circle jump on corners and straving: you have to swing your mouse constantly in the same direction as your jump direction, during jumping u kind of move side and frontways(allways 2 direction buttons must be hold), allways change between 2 jumps your moing direction from one side to antoher ( app. 90 degrees).

In fact there are probably more people that play q3 then those who play q4 online, since q3 is just unique, and with its years it has an incredible variety of amazong mods and shit that finally converts the game into the game you want it to be. like fast paced physics fps with strategical gameplay all around and incredible variety of physics to master? cpma, vq3 (osp), team arena, rocket arena

are your choices; hardcore? excessive plus, requiem, matrix q3, etc for extreme action (sometime pretty sick, specially in excessive xD, but americans like that), like real-world war imitation fps? jailbreak, urban terror, truecombat etc. Tricking and trickjumping (which can also be used in other modes for advantages)? feather-tricks, definitely DeFrag, etc. Finally there are just tons of mods and youd better start selecting those you like, ppl will always be there :P

These are Rocket Arena Maps, speed and gravity have been tweaked in this demo, and if your good enough you can achieve almost the same thing in Vanilla Quake, cpm just makes it much easier.
