Florida has environmental issues that rival the gas chambers of NAZI Germany in historically Black neighborhood. Every major city in Florida has some kind of toxic chemicals in public housing, schools, and other construction in Black neighborhoods. Toxic chemicals include hazardous waste from coal-gasification plants, incinerators, and wood treatment waste among others. Gov.Crist ignored these issues in Florida. Why should he address them in Congress?
