@myprettyhair123 No problem! I have used Rice Noodles, Rice and Thai Noodles. To season use Soy Sauce and salt and pepper or get creative. This is a fun one to experiment with because if gets totally ruined, it was only 10 minutes and $5 wasted...but if you find a yummy combination, it will be a family favourite for years!
