Yes Allah (swt) can only provide a cure.. Subhan'Allah make your dua and ask Allah to make it easy to find that cure.

I am currently in Limboland with MS... I have just recently had my MRI scan, blood tests and going to do my nerve/ muscle reaction test.. Insha'Allah everything will be ok!

I have found pilates exercise a wonderful exercise.. especially those with MS!!!! Please look into it and ask your Doc!

May Allah heal and cure you quickly-amin. Also, another form a meditation what like the Prophet (saws) did before Islam in the cave was he sat down and crossed his legs and went into deep thought and comtepulation kind of like what the buddists do.
