I can hold the plank for over a min no problem, i can do 15 push ups no problem. Im working on pull ups and can do 20 on the machine, but this exercise i cant do no more than 3 consecutives ones. Any tips on achieving this exercise? I am trying to lose weight so the extra baggage might have something to do with it :(
Sarah - Any suggestions as to reduce the pressure on the wrists? I broke my wrist a long time ago, and it hasn't been the same since. It hurts terribly even going from plank to push-up position. I can't really bend it at the 90 degree angle like that. Thanks for your help!!
