It is only a training for the actors for when they're filming. It helps them to know how to fight / what moves to do, when they are in a battle.

Heum.. well it's from the fifth Harry Potter, the Order of the Phoenix. It is in the bonus features CD. So, if you buy the movie, make sure it is the special edition, or something like that, if you want to have it, otherwise, you'll just have the movie.
