I gave up on FPS's when MW2 released. OMG how could I have overlooked this game????? And people pass this up for COD???? This makes me want to invest in my PC rig again go BUY this game. @theotheo36 the best way i can describe flying the coppers in bf2 , flying a chopper is like balacing a marble on a glass table. your mouse is the marble push the mouse forward the nose of the chopper drops and you move forward, roll the mouse left or right the chopper yaws left or right.,along with your normal movement keys W/A/S/D

W lifts the chopper. A turn the tail left D right / ITS EASY TO FLY IN C MODE OUT SIDE VIEW

Have you even tried looking for the recommended system requirements? Yes, if it's a newer game and you want it to run well on high settings you'll need a good computer.

@Techz00r I have an Intel i7 860 overclocked to 3.36GHz, an ATI Radeon HD 5850 with a slight overclock, and 8 gigs of DDR3 Ram at 1600MHz. I can max the settings with 8x AA and rarely drop below 60 frames per second.

You should be able to play with that. I think a quad core is recommended, but the E8400 is a pretty bad ass dual core proc. Not sure if you'll be able to crank everything up, but it should definitely be playable.

@Appalam221 Honestly I doubt it, when they recommend quad core they mean it. It is a very CPu intensive game, more than any game before it, it dedicates a whole core of the processor just to audio for the game. If your gonna upgrade just go quad core as it will be more cost effective for this and future games.

Been playing for an hour or two now, not going to buy.

FOV is still too close causing eye strain and headaches, and it still takes far too long to kill enemies. Plus no new guns from BC1.

Yea, for BETA at least theres only a handful of the hardcore versions but on full release, servers will have the option to run softcore or hardcore...which im sure most will go the hardcore way

I believe the "fail to connect" is due to the EA server maintenance that they are doing. not 100% sure though. Will keep an eye on the twitter post for more info.
