that doesnt look like a Synchiropus ocellatus it might actually be a starry dragonet as far as i can see

I had checked into it because his pattern and coloration seemed closer to starry, but after doing some other research about size, etc., he is closer to ocellatus, but you never know! Thanks for the comment. Best wishes!
