@Eunomoko its definately played when youre leaving the desert place with zidane to go get the gulug stone from oeilvert =]]
there are atleast three variations of kujas theme however that are similar that play reguarly through the game

@Eunomoko It's played in some parts where Kuja appears. The first time in Disc 2, at Treno, after the princess and Steiner take the boat and leave Treno to Alexandria. It's played too in Disc 3, when Kuja brings you to Oeilvert.
