And btw, the effect of coffeine doesn't wear off after 4 hours -- it depends on sensitivity (up to 16 hours), not to mention the chronic effects.

I prefer pepsi Max because it has caffiene but lacks sugar. Caffiene is a bronchodilator(good 4 asthmatics) whereas sugar functions as a bronchoconstrictor so I typically leave sugar out of the formula when able. + pepsi max has an added bonus of ginsing!~

Actually there is a regulation to how much caffeine you can have. It's considered drug abuse to drink more than 12 cups of coffee.

Mm, when this video was created, there was no regulations for the amount of caffeine consumed in Canada.

I'm not sure if that's still correct, and I don't know the regulation for caffeine consumption for America. But that's interesting, I've never heard that before.
