  • You Got an Iphone 4S and your worrying about a $240 Ticket. Cmon man

  • Did you have your seat belt on when the cop observed you? In NY State, if your passenger's not got their seat belts on in the front passenger seat, you the driver get the ticket.

  • not wearing it properly? wtf?

    where's his proof?

Oh wait, cops can say anything and get away with it...

  • Go to court yourself I've done it a few times

  • just pay it, cheaper than taking it to court.

  • Crest super 10% , wow is your wife really that bad she drives you to drinking that shit ;) All the alchies over here buy it for £1 a can . Oh and if you were here in England a seat belt ticket would cost you only £30 no points. Seen as you have admitted it was your fault you got the ticket and post the vid here I don't think it's a good idea for you to contest the ticket. Jus sayin!

  • Another moron who breaks the law and then chokes up the courts by fighting it, hope you lose a days pay by deciding to cry in front of the beak and still lose. If you want to do something worthwhile stop referring to yourself in the third person.

  • If I remember if you take it to court and lose you pay the fine and court costs

  • here on the East Coast we get a ticket and are told to pay by the court date or go fight it. 99% of the time the cop doesnt show for a simple traffic ticket and teh Judge will toss it out. But man, $240 of a seatbelt?????

  • I would pay the ticket as it's cheaper than taking it to court.

  • In the US in South Carolina a ticket is $25 for the first 5 times then increases to over $1,000!!!

  • You suck at reading bloke lol

  • i got a seatbelt ticket and it was 110 and 2 points

  • here in new zealand its 110 with out points , stll sucks but i had one 4 months ago i havnt payed it still and planing not to becuase the lady cop pulled me over as i pulled out of my car park at work with my seat belt half on

  • @lorolla123 im from nz too :)

  • I think Pre-Paid Legal is in Canada. I am not sure if it is everywhere in Canada yet, but you should check it out. Pre-Paid Legal charges a monthly fee, ( I pay $25.00 per month ) and when stuff like this happens they advise me for free and have even represented me without additional fees. We had some idiot with the cable company flick a cigarette into some dry grass and burned fences down in my yard and 3 other neighbor's fences too. Ours got fixed all new. The neighbor's fences repair wasn't.

  • Either way it would be cheaper to pay the ticket. The only differance would be if you got the points or not.

Dont go to court 240 + points

Go to court and lose 240 + 380 + points

Go to court and win 380

If I got this right then cheaper to pay ticket (money wise)

  • @kanuckbrewer could not agree with you more my sir, big brother has the common man nickel and diming his way into an early grave.

  • Chris, if you show up to defend your ticket yourself, you will either be set free or at least given a lesser fine.

  • Cripes..pay the ticket, you are ahead financially and you will recover your points in due time. Ticket Busters should be called "wallet busters"

  • Pay the ticket Bloke. Do online traffic school and use Ctrl+F for the questions.

  • hey you can go to court and plea guilty and get a reduced fine

  • lol a beer called crest? doesnt sound very good but id love to drink one.

  • Crest Super 10, nice choice of beer!

  • Ouch! That's 150 squid in the UK! Never heard of Ticket Defenders before, one thing though - the vid starts "we all do things sometimes" (which seems to admit being wrong), then want to fight the charge - PLUS the TDs don't seem too confident. One of the more interesting vidz though!

  • We dont have ticket defenders in BC

  • traffic tickets are just one more way Big Bro sucks money out of people... Every jurisdiction has at least one lawyer who specializes in traffic tickets; they're always friends with the judges. These specialty lawyers can often get you off, for a price more than the dollar value of the ticket. The lawyers and judges all play golf together on Thursdays, golf on Wednesday is for medical doctors. Face it, we are slaves in a corrupt system.

  • Ticket Defenders and Points are all ex-cops or retired officers. They'll take your money and laugh at you behind you back. Big time losers! Take you tiket to the courts, go talk to a magistrate and fight it yourself. Don't give these ex-cops your cash they are professional cons that know the system.

  • Fight it yourself and worse case you will only have to pay half but well worth fighting it if u have the time to deal with the court

  • Can we have a link please?

  • Chris.. How about you just Ask Rick and fight it...

  • Bs bloke Try and pay without having to pay even more. Your in a tough spot.

  • go by yourself and fight it

  • hey bloke, have u talked to Siri yet on ur phone?

  • HAHAHAHA PAY 380 + 240. SHEESH JUST PAY THE FUCKER AND GET ON WITH IT!

  • Does Blokes wife drive. Or have a car????

  • Well here in the states in My state i would just take the ticket and take the points. reason is here you can take driver improvement classes for free. or accelerated classes for 40 bucks. each class you voluntarily take knocks 2 points of your licensee. so here in the states its just easier to pay the ticket and then go to the class. its a stupid pointless class but you sit through it you get 2 points removed so its worth it.

  • Is bloke wearing a false nose?

  • Hope you enjoy the glass bud

  • If this was in Montreal its probably because you had ON plates on your car, the accent didnt help much either...fight em:)

  • Bloke, it seems like it's cheaper to pay the fine. In the US many jurisdictions allow you to challenge the ticket yourself and many times if you show up they bargain with you to a lesser charge (if not dismiss it totally). But Canada is probably different. Sounds like they make it expensive to challenge.

  • @manidig yep, very true, like when you get a speeding ticket and go to court to challenge it, if the cop that gave you the ticked don't show up, they drop the charges... and most of the time, the cop is too busy working to show up so its a win, win for the person that got the ticket.

  • Try to bargain with the magistrate to plead guilty to a lesser charge that doesn't carry points.

  • bloke had a bit of a beer buzz i think. lol

  • Bloke, when it's your word vs the word of a Police officer, who in the eyes of the law is considered an expert witness, you will always lose, unless you have several witnesses to support your contention.

  • pay the 200 man

  • geez thats cold man

  • haha you caught

  • Take it to the justice of the peace. Plead guilty with an explanation. Sit down and think up an excuse! It Always works

  • Like literally theyle just be like tell ys what happend in a room on your own. They then tell you your new charge if any at all. Then you appear infront of the judge and just accept the charges that have been given. ( again of any at all) itle take anhour outa your life

  • I live in NY and I've never heard of Ticket Defenders. It must be a Canadian thing.

  • I got a carless drivin on the highway. Fought it myself got it hrought down to a following to close i live in brantford so ontario highway traffic act This will be nothing to fight on your own just fill out the backof the ticke and bring it to your courthouse and setup a court date

  • Just pay the ticket and start wearing your seatbelt! Easy enough

  • @TheNuckingfut You are stupid. He said he was wearing a seat belt. Don't comment unless you know what you are talking about. Pay the ticket? Get fucking real.

  • @DAGSTERZ26 He said he was wearing it when the cop got to the vehicle... he probably wasn't wearing it while they were driving.. like always... and then put it on when the cop pulled them over. Obviously, the cop could see him putting it on. Goof.

  • @NoJiggaboo I don't care about your meaningless speculations. GOOF!

  • @DAGSTERZ26 Course you don't lil fella... you got no time cos yer too busy being a lil faggot bitch.

    .

    Faggot goof.

  • kool video!!!

  • It would be a hard sale for a judge to go against a police officer if you are not going to be effected by the points and don't have run ins with the law much then i say just pay it and go on. Saves you the time and hassle of going through multiple court dates and stuff that alone is worth a lot...IMO

  • I take those to court, you were wearing your seatbelt. Plead your case "I was wearing my seatbelt this cop just had a hard on for me." Alot of times they will LOWER the fine or send you a piece of mail saying we will drop the case due to blah blah blah.

  • Damn that's more expensive up there then it is here in the states at least where I live here in Connecticut USA it's $92

  • @Chris090883 yer but your money value is nothing compared to the rest of the world

  • You will like the iPhone 4s hands down

  • As long as you didn't just put it on AFTER he saw you not wearing it..

  • Comment removed

  • you would be a bit of a dill if you gave them 380.00 to get you off of a 280 fine wouldent you ?.

in fact your a bit of a dill asking us what we think its a no brainer isent it pay the 240.00 or fight it and pay 380.00 work it out bloke.

  • @obieezx11 yeah, it's $380 that gets you no points deduction which is more important. Guess yer the dill now, eh?

  • @NoJiggaboo nar makes you the dill becouse whats 2 points in oz we get 12 loose 2 no biggys .

  • @obieezx11 Yeah, well that shit adds up and you'll be wishing you spent that $380 to have your 2 points back if you get some more taken away and lose your License. Your Insurance rates go up and you end up paying more over time. That $380 will seem like fuck all once the increased Insurance Rates Bills start adding up.

  • Bloke, go to pointts they are better.....I drive taxi and some stupid cop gave me a seat belt ticket.. went to some other places...they said they could do anything....Pointts did ...they made it go away ...worth the 428,00 I paid...

  • 02:15 Here we've got specialized lawyers for that ^^

My mother once fought against a ticket where the police said that she overlooked a red signal light but my father was with her in the car and saw that it wasn't red - but the judge trusted the statement from the police-officer more than the one from my father....and my mother lost the case. (btw: My parents work both as civil servants) Since then, all the trust in the honesty of the police was gone. Was your wife or someone else in the car?

  • You didn't have your seat belt on when the cop first saw you, right? Pay the fine and LEARN YOUR LESSON. It's a hard pill to swallow but sometimes we got to do it, :p

  • Mr. Bloke.. the ticker says, "PASSENGER fail to properly wear seat belt" Not the driver.. there is only one personer that never wears a setbelt.. Mr. Rickem

  • Haha! Having a little 10% alcohol bum beer are we?

  • i never understood why I am forced to wear a seat belt... why the fuck is it any of their business if I get hurt or not... it's my body

  • @andruha11234 maybe it is your business, but its the business of the firemen who have to pick your remains up off the road and then sweep the blood and bits down the drain. Is it fair that they have to do that just because your too lazy to put a belt on ?

  • @lycanthrope2004 -yes, it is fair. that's their job. by your reasoning, shouldn't everyone drive around with a helmet and body protection on so the firemen have even less to clean up? or better yet, why not just forbid everyone from driving?... that would make it even more 'fair' to the firemen!!

  • @andruha11234 so the insurance companies don't have to pay out money ... the police are acting for them

  • @shades23 i pay insurance the money (in US), so I'm paying for the service... it's not tax money.

  • @andruha11234 right but if you get hurt they will have to pay for your injuries you have in the accident your medical will bill your insurance company ... nothing to do with tax money

  • @andruha11234 Why do they make you wear a seatbelt? Because when you get thrown from the car it costs thousands and thousands of health care dollars at the hospital trying to save your dumb ass from dying. That money could better spent doing something else for Canadians. Same reason they tax the shit outta cigarettes... because smokers cost the healthcare system loads more than non-smokers. If you actually had to pay for your own hospital bill you would have a different opinion goof!

  • @NoJiggaboo i'm in US, so I don't have free healthcare.

  • @andruha11234 The best reason that I can think of is that if you are driving and not wearing a seat belt and you are in an accident, you may get thrown from behind the steering wheel. The seatbelt may keep you in front of the wheel where you have a chance to control the car if needed. If your butt is over under the dash...you have no chance...and your car may run over a bystander, or hit another car.

  • @bkc1965 this makes the most sense from all the other answers people gave.

  • you have to pay them in that new plastic fake couterfit money they be printing up now days right?

  • I'd rather wear my seatbelt and not get hurled from a car..that's just me though. Even as a cab driver I don't have to wear my belt when I have passengers, but I do anyway just in case something or someone flys out in front of me. My life is more important that a minor comfort

  • outch bloke .. a siriuce pain in the wollet !

  • Dont admit it on here lol, take this vid down then fight it

  • we dont have them in the states

  • fight it yourself

  • Ticket defenders seems like robbing f@ckers. Fight it yourself.

  • fight it urself thats what my dad did

  • fight it yourself. you don't need the defenders.
