  • This is awesome. I salute you, my friend. You have (even if unvoluntarily) removed yourself from the superficiality of the modern world. Stay true to the music, and take care. Thanks for blessing us with your life story. Hail Black Metal!

  • A big number of people say that metal is only shit but they don't understand nothing about it. They can't feel it, they say that it's only noise or shit like that. For me metal is the most beautiful music in the world.

  • hails great video your story is the same for how most people get into extreme metal music myself being one of them.

  • Nothing makes me feel bethet that Kings of the carnival creation... Emotional...

  • Great story dude, same way with me. I was an outsider too, metal helped me through it

  • So wrong, my hair sucks and i wish i could have it long and straight.

  • Great Story dude

  • wtf are you talking about?

    anyways

    DEMONS UNTILL THE END!!!!!!!

  • Man o man, what happened to your long hair, man? Once a Metalhead always a Metalhead...

Also, anyone who listened to Pop then heard Black Metal would die, and never have the capacity to understand Metal in any of it's forms.

  • Hehe, well I went to denmark on an exchange, and low and behold I was in a class surrounded by 30 hot chicks telling me to cut my hair.. I guess they had an influence.. I kind of cut my dreads off then.. but it took afew more years to shave it.. since then I ain't really looked back.. Anytime I try to grow it I think 'fuck it!' and shave it off again.

  • Long hair?

I'v got. But i dont think, that it makes people so called "metalheads". It is a part of it, but you dont need to have it to be a "TRVE KVLT" person, or something like that.

    This is only my opinion.

The bigest part of my knowlegende is about black metal, I mainly listen to it. But i think its better to not have long hair than having long hair if u are a fucking TRVE wannabe jerk. Who WANTS to be true can not be...

  • dude ... borring video is borring ...

go see "A Headbangers Jorney" for this kind of crap ... at least it has some interviews

  • korn is metal, it is in the catory "new metal"

  • well ...

NU metal is not metal ...

    tssts

  • Sorry man, but Korn were never metal.

  • metal!!!

  • thanks for divulging part of your life. To be hoenst, I've always felt alienated as well, but like you said, metal is a great way to channel that turmoil... Killing sprees are plan B! (Hope noone minds the morose humor.) But shall we digress? Which bands are the epitome of black metal? I don't mean to condone all the "old school" acts, but Deathspell Omega and Peste Noire are quite good...

  • cool man.

  • You don't have to go to pop or country or any of that stuff to have a diverse taste. I for one mostly listen to BM but I also listen to Traditional Folk, Neo-Folk, Noise, Power Electronics, Speedcore, Classical, Neo-Classical, Ambient, Dark Ambient, Traditional Doom Metal, NWOBHM etc...

  • Aside from your saying that extreme metal was a release for you (which it is - a good one at that), what was the point you were trying to make?

  • It was a response to another video that has been deleted.. so you will miss the 'point'.

  • You fucking hippie!

  • Why are you so angry?

  • I agree with everything you said. Rock the fuck on man!

    \m/>.<\m/

  • See the problem with some metal heads is the focus on Black and Death Metal bands 2 much some get out of it and some..the stupid ones dont u need to open your mind to all the different colors of music

  • Man i was just like u I liked Korn Septultura and pantera and then i touched on Death and Black MEtal but then I opend my mind to all the sorts of music POP RAP Country Latin Regga Avent Grade Everything i love it all i love Music and it does not have to be heavy all the time u will get to that stage sooner or later right around when u turn 22 watch youll see

  • Hey Norg, I'm already past 22.. and you're right, I love it all. Although "rnb" can go suck satans cock.

  • Yeah those cockrockers suck cock...not agressive enough :)

  • I agree, keep your mind as open as possible, and the beauty will come flooding in! :D

  • Rock on heybubs!

  • likewise brother! :D

  • You dont need "long black hair and eyeliner" to enjoy metal :)... I'll get around to making a video about myself and black metal - it's quite interesting. I like your response and sorry bout the accident. However, music is music, it may mean alot but if you talk to a serious BM or DM fan they are very passionate, but see it for what it is - art - music. Not entertainment for "fun" but a piece for refelection.

  • I look forward for your video.

  • You are cool. I have the same meaning like you. Perfect

  • Wow. Very interesting and so glad you said "transition" .You really seem to know yourself. Hard to see you enjoy that music, but I can see you enjoying the 'role' and the music would represent that aspect. Thank u

  • Hey man. Thanks for responding with a video and sharing your experience, it's great.

I think there are some limits on how music can be interpreted. For exemple, I doubt Deicide's music can be interpreted as a message of peace and love for humanity.

Also, I don't think that extreme metal is dangerous in itself. The danger is in what we make out of it. In that sense, I fully agree with what you said.

    I'm subscribing between, excellent video.

  • I guess to some extent there can be limits.. however to use an example, I live next to a record store who had a heavy metal band playing one night.. I was running with a friend, and finished off by popping in there for an after-run head banging crowd sufing extravaganza.. in summary, I experienced about 10 minutes of 'positive aggression', I didn't murder, kill or rape anyone and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves..

  • sure, they wern't holding flowers, hugging eachother and crying, but I still felt it as a form of peace and love personified :>

  • Sure, because they felt right in place. They felt like they belong to a certain group, so their identity is preserved and completely assumed. Put a serious black metal fan alone in any typical dance club, it will most likely be a whole different story.

  • Yes, indeed. I'm certainly not saying that metal systematically produce serial killers hehe. Extreme music is a tremendously powerful force when it comes to liberating tensions. Headbanging, moshing, growling are all part of that catharsis.

  • And now you abandoned such paths? You seek "beauty" in everything whats around you - mostly disguisting disease called humanity. They isolated you for they hated you... And now you try to seek joy along with them blindly (based on your music is love video). Why not rather stay on old paths and even destroy unworthy lives of weaklings (physical and psychical abuse)?

  • Anyway, I think it is best to see for ourselves what actually is going on. I'm not here to force ideas on people. I'm not an authority and I definitely do not encourage people to blindly adhere or believe what is said. Heybubs, if you would like to further discuss these things in private (MSN, AIM), drop me a message.

    Cheers.
