I love my weekends I spend them with my family. The reason non union companys run jobs faster and cheaper is because we don't have 10 guys standing around watching 5 finish a floor. You can keep all your union politics. And you can keep all your lazy union employees. The day I pay some bullshit union hall for the same shit I recive simply for doing my job is the day I stop doing concrete!!!!!!!!!
