You know my favorite play in this entire clip? The hussle play on defense, coming back to not only deflect the ball, but then to save it and keep it inbounds. When you wanna explain to people why Jordan is greater than any one playing in the league right now, show them that clip.

the idea would be that the.....smaller player could match jordan's foot speed lmfao not so with jordan. the reason why is jordan doesn't just use his speed.....he studies your body angles during the game.....and if he observes you leaning the wrong way or straightening up your stance just slightly ....then he's by you..... you become fuckin rode kill at that point.

Man!! I'm so glad & blessed dat MJ was never sidelined due to major injury in his absolute prime yrs where he could've lost his lightning quickness & speed. I'm also glad that MJ didn't started adding bulky muscles till like 1991 that could've destroyed his natural inbuilt muscle quickness. I'm also glad dat MJ had sidelining injury in '85-'86 when he was 22, which technically should've been his ROOKIE yr when he was in learning process. MJ was just blessed & so are we his true diehard fans.

In my opinion, 1989 and 1990 was when Jordan was at his absolute quickest. Just liquid speed and explosiveness. All of his games in the 1990 playoffs exemplified that.

How do you defend that guy? You can't play him for his drive, you can't let him shoot the jump shot. Even worse, because of the versatility in all aspects of his game you never know what he's going to do next. Compare Mike's quickness in 1990 with one of his Wizard games... Old man Jordan with bum knees had no problems to shake off guys like Pierce or Allen. This version? Oh my! He would be devastating, both on offense and defense. The total package.
