  • You don't need the bands... They are there mostly to jsut help you. I've done these work outs before on my own and I had the same result. :)

  • @lexiBeatles The bands help with your stablizer muscles to keep your midline in form which allows you to receive maximum benefit from each rep. You can certainly do these exercises without the bands and they will be beneficial. This is simply a way to help maximize your efforts and work more muscles with each movement.

  • @twinxx17 We recommend doing ab work 2-3 times per week along with core exercises. Keep in mind a big part of having great abs involves your eating habits.

    You're muscles need to rest for at least 24, or else you wont really see a result, and you'll just overtrain them, and that's worse than not training them..

    So.. you should do these practices every second day.

    Like..

    Monday, wednesday, friday.

    And then the other days you should go jogging or something like that!

  • You need to learn how to properly tilt your pelvis posteriorly before doing these exercises. Your hurting your lower back even though you don't think so. I can see alot of space between the floor and the lower back. Just giving you heads up. :) Btw, these exercises mostly trigger your hip flexors & lower abs. There's 27 diff core muscles & they cover the inner & outer parts of the abs. Think of a weight lifting belt. Stabilizing & moving exercises will cover everthing + clean diet. Bodyrock.tv

  • core work is important but you cant target body fat with exercises that work the muscles underneath a healthy diet and any pulse raising activies : walking jogging cycling swimming workout classes sex what ever floats your boat. Also include resistance training 2-3 x pw. 4-5 hours of activity per week to lose weight good look.
