You need to learn how to properly tilt your pelvis posteriorly before doing these exercises. Your hurting your lower back even though you don't think so. I can see alot of space between the floor and the lower back. Just giving you heads up. :) Btw, these exercises mostly trigger your hip flexors & lower abs. There's 27 diff core muscles & they cover the inner & outer parts of the abs. Think of a weight lifting belt. Stabilizing & moving exercises will cover everthing + clean diet. Bodyrock.tv
