  • An advice: please do not circle your neck, as it is not a ball-and-socket joint so this can be harmful. Instead, you could do some nodding moves (like the "yes" and "no" gestures) and tilting your head from side to side.

I wish you good progress and health ~

  • @clonecrab I usually make slow 'half' circles now, but I did it like that back then.

  • i can only do the one that you bend backwards and do xxD

  • I can do it but isn't this bad for your back? I mean, you're bending your spine alot.

  • @ePakamatches Comfortable is different, but if you do some warm up exercises and start with light stretching I don't think there should be a big problem. If you are more experienced and know your body well you know when to stop and when you can go on. There are lots of gymnasts that have been doing this and if it would be very bad for your spine, I think there would be a general warning for this exercise (which I've never seen).

  • i learn brige when i was primary 1 so i can do it all

  • @Musicfreako2468 Nice, but why did you watch a tutorial about a bridge then :P Just wondering.

  • I can't do all of that

  • @missglamgirlzxoxo What about bending yourself over a bench or a chair? So you will stand with your feet next to each other and then bent backwards over an elevated object. You can start with a high object and then decrease the hight of the object. Do this until you can do any of these exercises featured in my video. Let me know if that works, otherwise I'll think of another solution.

  • Never let it be said that you won't bend over backwards for us! :)

  • @StevenSWM Haha, yeah!

  • the back bend from standing is the easiest variation after the bridge, then its handstand to back arch, then its back arch to handstand, that one i still havent mastered. difficult stuff.

  • @mousyangel Yeah, I agree with that order, although I found the handstand to back arch easier to learn then the back bend from standing position.

  • @jlvi13 i always found the landing of the feet in the right position a lot more difficult that just leaning back and putting my hands down. but then again i practiced the standing to back arch all the time xD

  • @mousyangel Like with most of my skills, I don't really practise. I just try it out and fail along the way, but usually skills like these come to me pretty easily. I pumped my head one time when I was doing a back bend and also fell over when I tried to do the handstand to bridge, but after trying a couple of times I nailed those skills. The back arch to handstand will be something I have to practise though.

  • @jlvi13 yeah i still am very far away from that one.

  • Thanks for the video, Jerome!

  • Gotta say, I think you must be fantastic in the bedroom ;-)

  • @drm0x Yeah, I'm a great sleeper :P

  • Awesome video, do you find these flexibility routines easier or harder to do while wearing shoes?

  • @jmurphy95 The shoes can't really slip away from the sturdy piece of floor, but if I do them on socks or bare feet I won't slip away either. If I perform other flexibility exercises like splits I prefer to do it on socks since then I can slip my legs apart without difficulty. With bare feet I can't really slip either, so for splits I prefer wearing only socks.

  • try the kick over I always wanted to know how to do it but my failure is undeniable help me over shirtless.

  • @UnderstandingAll You mean a handstand to bridge or a backbend? I will probably show both though.

  • @jlvi13 yes sir thank sir

  • nice video mate.cant wait for the leg stretching routine! :)

  • In a book the author suggest the bridge as a great exercise for back muscles. Do you think it would be a good idea to do the bridge in my workout like any regular exercise for back muscles (4 sets of 10 reps) ? Have you tried in your workout? Also if you have any suggestions of exercises for inner pecs would be great. Thank you !

  • @masterph200012345678 I don't find this a great back exercise. For upper back, just do pull ups or pull downs and for your lower back hyperextentions (on floor or at a machine) and deadlifts. I only see this as a nice skill to learn. I will also make a 'fall back to bridge' tutorial. I consider neither of these a good workout exercise.

For chest exercises I would recommend dumbell flys, regular bench presses and some push up variation. This will develope your chest overal.

  • Cool man i did gymnastics when i was younger and you taught it just like they did... Also i found out that your body can do it easily after years of not doing it.

  • @AngerSanta1 Agreed. When I played tennis competitively, the flexibility you get from stretching afterwards etc etc still holds true after 4 years of not doing as many stretching activities.

  • @HabeKeinMitleid Well, usually you lose flexibility pretty quickly. I used to be able to do the front split, but I injured my hamstring and can still not do it. Although that has to do with the fact that I still have to stretch it very lightly and can't fully stretch it yet with a front split. When I don't do the side split for a few weeks I have to practise a while before I can do it again. 'Use it or lose it'.

  • you have built an incredible looking body
