In order not to get picture frame, only cut in with the brush about a quatrer of an inch. Then once your ready to roll the ceiling use a small miniture roller around the edge to give you the same look. its very easy and you will never have that picture frame effect. Also note when you patch and prime the walls always tint your primer it to at least half your color to reduce flashing on the wall.
