If you notice between this trailer and the BBC America version, it is obvious to see that the doctor definetly falls to the ground differently when shot by the astronaut. Did anyone else notice?

Nah, the 13 regenerations was a restriction imposed by the society of Gallirey, but since it doesn't really exist anymore, he can probably get more regens. The master was granted an extra set of regens back in the classic series.

So guess we'll still be seeing the Doctor around for QUITE some time, aye. =D
