there is no lens in the 9700

only LCD .......

@leedoppa sorry 4 the late reply but there is no lens/digitizer on a blackberry 9700. It is not a touch screen like on a droid or iphone. This phone has no digitizer. The screen is navigated by the touch pad scroll track wheel. The LCD he is removing is also called the LED display or Liquid crystal display. This video shows you in depth how to easily replace a broken lcd on these blackberries in about 5 mins. I do them all the time

I used 001/111 instead of 002/111 and had a messed up screen. Is that normal?
