I like the models, from that wallace and gromit kit that was in shops I can guess, but like most animations, make more pictures, make the frames FASTER!!!! Smoother animation, and no you can't do a wallace impression, LOL.
Anyway, to speed and smoothen animation use anything like Windows Movie Maker and when importing pictures, just speed it up to the fastest, which is 0.250FPS, and just do more frames, with my software, I do 15 Frames Per Second. Check it out, its seaside feast.
