Hey! Congrats "Sharpy"! This is a great video blog of your progress. I just found it tonight from the365dayprojects site. I've been trying to do the same, in text with my daily meals and weekly weigh, but I'm only down 10lbs in 13 weeks. My goal is also looking in a year's hourglass to do this, so I'm still optimistic. It's not that I don't like the Biggest Loser part, I just think it could use a little more flair. Perhaps the numbers could come in like a slot machine or each number comes in from a different direction.
Exercise suggestion: When you go for a walk, pull a rickshaw with TrippleHelix in it.
I don't deny myself anything, I just portion control. I have gravitated away from the bad stuff, but I never get upset when I have something most would consider bad. This is my whole life not just as few months

...AND I wanted to thank you for inspiring myself as well... I've been beyond lazy for the last few years and my fitness level has dropped dramatically. I'm travelling in September and decided to give this video journal a try and see if I can change my lifestyle by then.
Just wanted to say keep up the good work! Your ability to come back after little slips that sets you apart from so many. People tend to give up when they start to slip, your showing them it's ok and it's more than possible to continue with great success.
