I respectfully disagree since MVC3 had themes and remixes for all of the characters. Regardless, the jazz in this game is pretty good.

I remember grooving to this song in the arcade. People complain about the jazz music in this game and sure, it's not gut-bucket blasty-ass rock and roll but it's still GREAT! And brings back great memories...I think my go-to team was Ruby Heart, Jill Valentine and Son-Son. XD
