I wish Henry would do WSM competitions. The guy if freaky strong. Has performed a 585 bench(never focused on bench due to it's limited function), 1006 squat, deadlifts over 900lbs consistently, has clean and jerked 500lbs, and in 2002 became the first ever to lift and press over head the 172lb Inch dumbbell. Only one other man has done it. Henry even won the Arnold Classic with only a month of preparation. Henry is one of the strongest in history, & is not even fully dedicated to powerlifting.
