@wallieburger depends which kind of rugby but in both kinds there are no forward passes. rugby league is pretty similar to football but you get 6 tackles to make the whole field, like with football teams tend to kick before the last tackle or down in football and the play doesnt stop between the tackles in rugby either. rugby union you just drive until you lose possession which can be done in many ways in union the play stops when there is a foul or the ball goes out. scrums resume play normally

sports like rugby, football, and hockey are so much tougher than MMA or boxing. running full speed risking getting smashed head on full speed by another guy running full speed is so much crazier than fighting another dude standing still. rugby and Australian football are two craziest in my opinion. if hockey had no equipment it would easily take the cake, plus hockey is unique as probably the only sport where you can have your throat slit. haha. see watch?v=pz9njKh5CLw
