  • thats why i keep my hair black...makes it so much easier :)

  • try to flat iron ur hair straight down cuz u have bounce to ur hair nd it loooks really bad cuz it bounced that strait to try to straiten it down nd dont curve the flat iron

  • the hair pieces are not off color, its your natural colored hair that is off honey. Go to a professional salon and and get your hair color matched and have the fake pieces shaped and layered into your real hair. DUH!!

  • Never tried real hair ones but I LOVED my hairdo extensions!! Ok, this is a pointer, I have Natural Virgin hair and so my hair is healthy and somewhat shiny, guess u can say.

  • I dont like synthetic! always do the reall hair ones! :)

  • Color help R25 ginger blond is light blond w/ med gold blond thru it. Honey Ginger 14/25 is dark blond w/ med blond thru it if ur mostly blond with a light/med brown this would work great 4 u. Glazed strawberry r29s it's a honey gold color with gold blond thru it & a lil copper red R8/25 golden walnut med blond & med brown hair I think also if ur mostly blond w/ dark brown in there this will work. there is a site hair extensions dotcom you can see videos & more colors hope it helps

  • If your hair is damaged your hair is not going to match the shine in these extensions heres a tip Use dry shampoo or baby powder & it will dull the shine out shake the excess out. I own 10 pieces here's my opinion. I had shoulder length hair the 18" & 23" was best in the wavy for me 19" straight also. my hair is now a stacked do so the 15"wavy or 10" straight will work right out of the box. however if u want longer buy ur piece & ur salon will custom cut it into ur current hairdo hope this helps

  • thanks for your honesty!

  • one more thing, i notice you said it wasnt as layered as you would like. you can put this in and go to a salon to have them layer it and style it to look more realistic.

  • i just got one of these and love it! the wavy ones work better. i have lots of shorter layers. just curl them a bit to match the extensions. i also think the shine isnt as noticable with the wavy ones.

i got the chestnut brown and it matched my hair perfectly. had several positive comments about how real it looked.

not sure how many places will let you do this, but the gal at the store i bought mine from helped me try on several different ones. youre right tho, they cant be returned.

  • i have a big head and it's too big for me too haha. they were fine for me for a while but i had problems with clips sticking out and not staying down. yeAH the way the colors are advertised online is terrible. apparently i'm a dark blonde.

  • I got the dark chocolate 23'' wavy one in today n its perfect its true the darker colors do look better! your head is smaller so you can scoop the net thing to make it fit.

  • By the way your review was quite helpful as I know now to definitely not waste my money on this product.... Thanks DollyisMakeup!!

  • Looks like you are not alone. I've not read or seen a single good review for this product. The one solution I can think of is to go to your stylist and ask her to dye your hair the same colour as the extensions in order to get a better match and to get your split ends trimmed as it with drastically improve the condition of your hair and therefore reduce the different look between the extensions and your real hair... Or, go to the store you purchased them from and tell them you want a refund.

  • fyvfiyurybvij

  • human hair extensions are better

  • you bought too light of a extension

  • I got the same extensions except in black and the 22" ones. They definitely look less fake with dark colors and blend better. But I have the same problem in that my hair is kinda too layered and short to really blend.

Anyways, I think they'd look better with a darker blonde to match your hair. Also, it looked so cute when you put it up in the low ponytail :)

  • They look to shiny, really fake :S

  • if you put baby powder on the extensions it will help dull down the shine to blend better!

  • I had these for prom except mine were the human hair and the salon dyed them to match my hair exactly.

  • I bought the exact same ones, and had the SAME issue with the shine. And the clips are no good!

  • you can sell them on ebay :)

  • I just purchased some of these extension this past weekend. I think they are easy to put in but way to shiney. I am looking to try to figure out how to get rid of some of the shine. Thanks!

  • I wanna get those too (but long curly ones in brown) ans I searched some informations about the problem with the shine:

I found out, that some people wash their synthetic hairpieces with fabric softener or spary them with a solution of apple cider vinegar and water (a very weak solution!!!) or they use a little bit powder...

Maybe it would look better without the shine? Great luck^^

  • i had the same issue with the size not matching up right and that it was way to shiny, i did however had my hairdresser try mach the color

  • These are just awful. Not anything like you see on tv. I bought a dark brown and it totally was not dark brown. The hair doesn't match with short hair and my hair has since grown out but my hair is not quite a color match.

  • You could either wait till your hair grows out a bit or try and dye some of the top peices to match the fake hair and also give the hair peice some more layers to blend into your own hair, I would reccomend going into your local salon and trying the sample hair swatches if you can or looking at many color samples on the computer although those can be so different . I ordered a JS headpeice off ebay for 30 dollars including shipping to try it out and hopefully if i dont like it i can resell it .

  • i was thinking bout getting the clip on bangs.....but yea the color is off. Sum ppl work w their extensions, maybe u should go lighter.

  • i think it would look good if you got some long layers cut into the extensions. i think it would look more polished, but it doesn't look bad to me the way it is now.

  • your blonde hair is very pretty but the brunette extensions were gorgeous.....you should get some highlighted ones :)

  • The hair dont look that bad, but does look fake...but you are s cute...and dont need em anyway!

  • i had the same problem

i have short hair and it makes it hard to blend the extensions =/

  • i was about to buy these...so thanks! my hair is damaged too so it wulda pissed me off when i got em in tha mail..lol. thanks chica!!!!!

  • sry rated 4 stars, but i meant 5.. my mistake

  • You're sooo pretty blonde :)

I really like them on you

  • Ive got realhair extensions, from ehm ... something? But they're real good! :)

  • I got these extentions in black, and they were aweful quality. I was really displeased with them.

  • is very shiny ....how short is ur hair??? idk ,,,to be honest i dont really like it. maybe the dark brown will be less fake noticeable ...idk

  • I found the hairnet was wayy to big for my head too! I hated them :(

  • and i forgot..., mine werent 200 dollars even though they were real... they were 82 dollars

  • i have hair extensions but they arent the ones that you have... they are real hair so i can flat iron and curl them and dye them.. but i have a small head too, so its hard to get mine in too. ooh! and mine actually look like its my hair though.

  • hi i have just bought these in sandy blonde and golden wheat.i have light blonde hair but in the packs the hair looks browny blonde and quite dark. it doesnt look like it will match my hair but i dont want to take it out as then i cant return it. does the colour look different when you take them out of the box as sandy blonde looks browny and dark in the box?but looks light on you in the video?i dont know if to return them and get swedish blonde but is that like white as my hairs not white, help?

  • Hi! I am a hairstylist and just used the human hair ones on my client who also has damaged hair, they blended in so well that she is going to wear them in her wedding. I bought the synthetic when they were first released a few years ago, and I had a big problem with them tangling and they werent brushable. So, I purchased the human hair extensions and they have been awesome so far. Ive had them for about a year now and they have been flat ironed, curled and everything in between.

  • i was gona get this but i have a pretty small head and i'm sure its not gona fit. plus the human hair is too damn expensive and the synthetic hair looks too fake.

  • I watched a video here on youtube on how to help cut the shine on synthetic hair and she said to sprinkle a little bit of baby powder on the hair then shake it out or lightly brush it. You could also try buying the shine enhance for your natural hair? I bought the synthetic 23" wavey from Jessica Simpson hairdo. I'm a bit scared now lol but I'm gonna try to do a little trick to make it look as good as possible! I hope the work. But the length looks great on you.

  • the colour is pretty close but the thing with sinthetic you cant dye it to the right colour :S i was going to buy them but none of the colours went and my hair its very short and damaged too, but you shud try silk drops they make ur hair super soft and good shiny

  • I think I like you more with short hair :-)

  • Yeah, it definitely looks a little like Barbie hair. The length looks nice on you though.

  • Yeahh , i have really choppy layered hair too, haha.

and yeahh, i think that the extensions them selves just arent good. well, from looking a them here. these do NOT look like dirty blonde. and they made them look toooo synthetic, they shouldnt charge that much for the extensions.
