throw-away souls from our throw-away society. it's good and noble to want to help those in *need* around the world ... BUT? next time we start thinking what can we do, look around ... charity starts at home. there are so many around us in need who need help. by the way, that woman at 2:39 looks like Goldie Hawn (to me). great video/work. thanks for sharing.
you know that chick on vine that caught hiv hep c just to get housing she back on the street.or what about that lady with the butterknife that walks around screaming profanities why wont the police take these people to the state hospital?shit i was on the street 4 years i started having conversations with myself these are real ass hollywood street people im talking bout ,crazee than a mutherfucker the police wont even bother most the time .
Believe me I was homeless in Hollywood for 4 years...I can say that some people there are just trying to survive from there personal demons.that are constantly on there ass..thank God I was lucky enough to fight back,
@TottenhamHotSpurs7 I'm sorry I don't know how much time later this is . but I will respond, I live now in North Hollywood ,,,same demons but not homeless...I can only say that my shit is is still as brown as ever. No commitments to any one not even God as of yet
I am in such awe of your courage and your willingness to be where many of us wouldn't spend more than a hurried moment, just so you can show the painful truth of how many people just survive in our society. You chose a subject that most of us don't want to look at, and you chronicle it with painful honesty.
It's always been uncomfortable for me to watch stuff on the homeless because I kinda empathize too much ... I could be homeless very easily. I also have that rage and feeling of not being able to understand other people. This was good, esp. for someone outside LA.
Wonderful photography babe! My favorite was the section with the man where you did stills that show a small time span of his movement. Very well done!

With all the problems right here in our backyard, and we're fighting wars we don't need to. Thank you for showing the truth of our own country.

Penetrating, haunting, exquisite if that is possible. Sad sad. Your vision is awe-inspiring.
