I've been looking millions videos about the 6 braid Challah, but Karen made it so EASY AND BEAUTIFUL. I though I will never master this type of bread.
Great lesson. Just dont understand the bit about the plastic. I used a recycled shopping bag and it melted and made a terrible mess. I had to cut the top off the loaf which lost the decorative bit. Will try sandwich wrap next time as this is thinner.
I just LOVE the way KAREN bakes and cooks Kosher foods. I WISH Karen had her OWN channel.
I also wish Expert Village would have one whole segment instead of breaking them up into so many. Its VERY hard to follow all especially when they are NOT NUMBERED segments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
that is so pretty!!!!

@chris42999 Don't bake it with the plastic on, the plastic is only to cover it while it's rising :)

This comment has received too many negative votes show
the dough should be even shaped and your really supposed to braid three strands of dough not six.

I have watched all the bread making videos, and I think you did a great job demonstrating on camera.

What temperature do you bake the Challah at?

UGH. Poorly demonstrated on camera. (backwards) The strands are too fat, also.
