Becoming friends with everybody (being interested, respectful, and mindful of sensitivities and helping where you can) is a good thing in this crazy world. Yes, the US are dependent on foreign oil. Let me ask a question to the American Zionists. What's more important? Isreal or America. I would think that if you're an American, you would put America's problems first rather than Isreal's.
