I'm just going to say it, if you have nothing good to say, then post something you do and let us truely really judge you, this gal is an angel singing, and you that want to bash, must want to be like her, or have no talent at all, she rocks, so leave her alone, :)
@mr1time100: Oh, that and I -have- done this song - a -bazillion- times. The reason it never comes out right for me is that I'm a colouratura soprano; I have an alto-rock range, but it's nothing as pure, smoky, and full of nuance like Terri's. So, I tend to stick with musical theatre and anything else I'm able to adequately transform.
'Your Wildest Dreams' misses something taken up to high. A sadness, I think. That's why I adore this cover. It captures -everything-.
I hate it when people perform songs that aren't on their heart, or you can tell they've never felt, or have zero soul. YouTube is littered with these bits of musical flotsam, and it becomes a depressing experience hoping to find the diamond in the rough, during that idle moment of seeking something that speaks your soul.
That being said, this is; does. The most breathtaking rendition - I hesitate to call it a cover - of a song very dear to me. Such a talent. Thank you, deeply, for sharing this.
in a just world you would be all over radio/tv while all these horrid, record company manufactured "pop singers" would be making youtube videos with 600 views.
Dear, Not many people can do a Moody Blues song justice, however you are indeed an exception. I really enjoyed your take on the song. You made it your own and I enjoyed it very much. I am a 45 year veteran of stage and I never give a compliment that I don't mean.
@awodaly I heard this song last night at a grocery store, and when I came out I was still singing it to myself. The melody & lyrics are really lovely, but they get a bit lost in the 80s production of the record. So I started imagining how it would sound in a more acoustic-sounding setting...then today I found this video, and discovered I wasn't the only one who was thinking along these lines! This is a simply beautiful version of this song, and Theresa's voice sounds perfect on it.
you rock :)

@mr1time100: I have a small piece of advice for you. Read. Not just the first two sentences of a thing, but the WHOLE thing.
That being said, I agree with everything you've said. They're fantastic. I love their work.
You, sir - need to learn to be thorough, and to have patience. It would help in other areas of your life, where misunderstandings are taking place.
Best of luck!
