hmm, ive made one too, butI has a basement, and an attic. not an actual 3rd floor. ive just made rooms in the roof. so, im not saying this isnt bad, but the 3rd floor could have some work done

i know how to make it cool make it better

1: kill sims

2:put the graves in the home

3: at night the ghost will some times come out

4 : dada

@MrParanoidNerd The save file was on my old desktop before it got wiped to become a dedicated WoW server computer. Sorry. :\ However, if I can manage to get the Sims 3, I could most likely remake the house and make it available for download.... Once I figure out how to do that. xD I'm not a dedicated 'Simmer', I just made it out of sheer boredom and I had just beat Luigi's Mansion for the 7th time.

@MrParanoidNerd im working on a sims 3 version. im not doing too well, since i dont have my gamecube to reference by :( and i cant figure out how to get stairs to get on the roof :(

I find there are alot of items unavailable from Luigi's Mansion so when you make it on the Sims 2 there alot of empty rooms.

Thanks to your inspiration, I made a Luigi's Mansion on Sims 3! P.S. dragonome, you were right! On Sims 3 you can make alot better house! Although, they don't have a piano!!! My Conservatory looks awful, but there's so much more to give thanks for!
