Is it safe to shut off the engine by plugging the exhaust with your fingers? Because I saw a guy at my local RC shop do that and it is WAY easier than having to take the body off of the car in order to get to the fuel line and pinch it.

im sorry i have to say i know nothing about rc's im justing getting in to them but i hav bein riding dirtbikes since i was 8 and the air fitler if not used it clogs the carb not engine and then it after a while it gets old ran fuel gran in the bottom and it is hard to gt out took me four hours to get out one time but anyways just telling you the reason it shuts down cause the air wont cyle through the carb fast enough so i dosent run hahah thanks not trying make you mad but i had to tell you!!!!

WD-40 is NOT a lubricant, it cleans and breaks up and dirt rust or any other loose particles so the ball bearing can move freely, I suggest you spray with WD-40 then spray actual lubricant on it.

@xboxandotherstuff some kits have loctite applied, but to reduce manufacturing costs they only apply a small amount anyway. Loctite should allways be applied to and screw going into metal, especially around the engine.

@djnikkipw no i dont race at the moment, as my nearest track is anout an hours drive away, and my dad isn't interested in nitro atall lol :( But come the summer holidays i'll try to get to the track a couple of times and get some footage of that :):):):) Btw, nice car :DD

i just bought a tornado s-30 and a hpi savage 25. the tornado is fast with street tires and when tuned and is nice quality. the savage is top quality and brand and is extremely powerful and has a 3speed transmission. they r both awesome
