  • @Tom6093. Wasps are very effective predators of many insects such as grasshoppers, flies, etc. the only time they really become a nuisance is around August/September when the Queens & Drones have left the nest on the mating flight, & the remaining workers are left without a purpose.

  • It would be a much better video if he didn't keep going back to the clouds and roses...

  • the entrance was very bad the bees will have hard time to land there and harder to protect

  • Annoying interruption with heaven and flowers, thumb down

  • what the hell is with all the flowers?

  • GO BEES GO! KILL THOSE WASPS! >:)

  • wasps are way cooler than bees

  • @ToTirDeKK Wasps are useless and dirty creatures. They hang around garbage and God knows what diseases are on them....but their cool right ?

  • @Tom6093 you are useless and dirty hahaha

    lol jk

    but they ARE cooler, yes

  • @ToTirDeKK Iv'e been reading self help books !!!! I am not useless. I love me. I am here for a purpose. I count !!!! I'm a winner !!!! um......Thats about it.

  • @Tom6093 hahaha you poor suicidal little wasp :(

  • @ToTirDeKK Wasp tom6093 sadly is deceased due to being stepped on eating and unfinished lollipop.

  • thats a hornet dude, not a wasp lol, kinda interesting though how the bees reacted. good vid all the same, nice work.

  • @86Kdogg it's art for arts sake, and in NZ that yellowjacket is called a "German Wasp".

  • @86Kdogg Called a wasp in the UK as well. Hornets are much bigger. I have a hive under attack at the moment. its not good knowing my bees are loosing.

    Nice film

  • at 1:04 the wasp got owned

  • 0:42 bee sex lol

  • i wanted to be stabing and mid air dog fights of bugz but no i get bugs getting laid by a pipe and flowers

  • I like the part with the bees

  • BEE'S are better

  • If too many bees crawl ontop of each other at the same time the pipe will get clogged.

  • average wasp/bee strength 30 wasps beat 30,000 bees so the wasp is very strong (one main cause is not dying from stinging even multiple times)

  • @pokechikin You mean 30 hornets beat 30,000 bees. FAIL -.-'

  • Thumb up if you hate wasps!

  • bee "KAMIKAZE!"

  • it just looks like there entering an arena entrance

  • whats with the random birds at the end?

  • that was incredibly boring

  • did the bees win

  • bees are haters

  • @MegaThorium No, they just work hard for their honey and don't need a scavenger trying to take off wih their hard work. Besides, It wasn't a invited guest.

  • @Tom6093 yes i know

  • You should have gave them knives and guns and make it more of a fight!

  • i agree, the random pics of flowers and birds is gay, go play in traffic.

  • bees own!

  • What fight?

  • watch 30,000 bees vs. 30 wasps that video is gruesome

  • Best video ever lol

  • Lol....

You should see Giant Hornets vs European honey bees....about 4 hornets could kill the lot

  • GO WASP!!!

  • just about 5 hornets could kill the all

  • Like covert ops or a swat team :D

  • It's too difficult to see who's who.

  • Errr... Which one is the wasp?

  • The wasp is the bright yellow one.

  • Oh thanks! =]

  • they are bees vs wasps, and im scared shitless of wasps :)

  • I like how dramatic this is...

we should kill off all the wasps they suck

  • i understand ur point, wasp are a pest, but nature is natrue. live and lit die..

  • in italian: vespa means vesp so i think its for wasp (vespa in italian - vesp in german - wasp in english)

  • sry i from german but the wesps not wesps i think that are hornet

  • no it there aren't hornets. Its a wasp (wespe in german)

  • that are hornets not vesps

  • they are called "German Wasps" in NZ

    what is a vesp?

  • its the ony thing im alergic to lol i like bees better though not as violent looking.

  • lol wtf why does it keep cutting to flowers?

  • Wasps make chutney.

  • i hate em both

  • been stung? I used to keep bees (when a teenager) - and rather liked them. Wasps however always seemed very mean and nasty. Oh, and honey is nice.

  • Go bees! I hate wasps! NAsty little buggers, bees are okay :D

  • random piks of flowers and birds didnt make it cool/or giv dramatical effects

  • thanks for your review/feedback - much appreciated.

  • @Khawhyn Actually, they do. Your just an idiot.

  • why is the wasp trying to get into th bee hive?

  • maybe he wanted some honey

  • wasps love the honey and loot larvae.

  • It's a scout, it will mark the hive with a pheromone and more wasps will come and try and raid the hive.

  • did the bee sting the wasp?

  • i think it did

  • well if they did he is pretty tough woylden't u say?

  • A rather unusual entrance for a bee hive. They usually have an entrance which is the full width of the hive, but not too deep, and has a lighting board, where the fight takes place This gives the guard bees more chance to gang up on intruders like wasps. I have seen this in my own hives years ago. : )

  • I think it was an experimental hive at the university to investigate mite infections. It has gone now.

  • @eccentricoldcow Top bar hives have a round hole or sometimes 2 or 3 holes. Top bar hives are becoming more popular among bee keepers who believe in the welfare of the bees rather than honey production and profits as they allow the bees to build natural combs, which make the bees more content and less prone to infestation of mite

  • so which one is the wasp?

  • the brigth yellow one

  • lol they are all yellow .. hahah .. i'm just gonna asume its the slightly bigger one

  • The wasp is the one that doesn't look like a bee.

  • this is making me squirm lol

  • lol i kno right

  • if i had to pick between wasp and bee i would pick the wasp

  • The wasp get rid of pest such as catapillers and others.

  • we can learn alot from this.

for example, i know now what to do when a jehovahs witness comes over

  • so glad someone understood

  • lol 2:02 LOL

  • bad vid.

  • Looks like a yellowJacket to me.That NAZI species as you call it is what keeps you alive as a species (Human Race).

  • I know bees keep us all alive by pollenating flowers, but what, prey tell, do Yellow-jacket or German Wasps as they are known in NZ, do for humanity?

  • lol agreed

  • man if that wasp had gotten in it would've been a gang bang!!!!!!!!

  • looks like the wasps are drunk-.-"

  • meh! put a fire cracker in the pipe

now that would have made it interesting

  • 1:03 owned lol

  • totally

  • That wasp wanted to convert to a bee. The bees shunned him for the Nazi species they are!

  • LOL! YOU ARE RIGHT LOL!!!!.

  • they all sting...morons go back to biology class.

  • Yes, wasps just keep on stinging but bees can work in packs with some kind of mutual intelligence...

  • wow so cool

  • If that wasp got inside those bees would,ve stung the living shit outta him.

  • bees are more usefull in the ecosystem but wasps are kindof like terrorists, and a hawk is george bush

  • lol, now that u think of it!!!!!!!

  • wasps suck, they just steal bee's honey and they use their mouths and stings more than once

  • FCUK WASPS!

I killed 5 today so far...

  • that's good cause i hate them

  • niceeee

  • Get a lighter, and an axe spray can and I'm set. Wasps are larger, they can sting repeatedly, and their jaws can decapitate bees. Of course in East Asia, Bees can attck en masse a scout by entraping it in a bee ball and melt it.

  • Live and let live, I say.

  • noooo kill it!!!!!! and do it with as much fire, gunpowder and axe or even thermite as possible

  • Whats the difference between bees and wasps... they both hurt

  • Death. Bees die when they sting you. Wasps can keep on stinging you. That is why I think they are evil.

  • also wasp are better battlers they can use there mouths to actaully rip off limbs bees are to small and i don't mean on humans i mean on other bugs....

  • wasps bite bees sting

  • Sounds like Muhhamad Ali

  • lol ya ill eat ur babys fuh bwefist!

  • WOW That's cool.

  • and we all thought it was a dog eat dog world

  • i saw 1 bee eating another

  • hahaha!

  • i wanna stick a firecracker in there...

  • Yes, well we had a different idea when editing and these bees are real well connected. Don't want no trouble.

  • haha yeah one of those bee is relationed to one of the head bee bosses here in florida and you dont want none of them.....id have put a fire exstingusher in there

  • yellojackets never resign!

  • OK,

    Bees!

    Flowers!

    More Bees!

    More Flowers!

    A tree!

    Birds!

    Where's the wasp?

  • The wasp is the more yellow insect that enters at 3:02 in the lower right hand corner. It is a New Zealand German Wasp - noticed they hover around the hive fairly often during certain seasons.

  • BORINGGGGGGGG

  • Yeah, it could be tighter. Them insects is hard to get dancing ;)

  • no blood no care

  • The bees are beautiful ... the slow motion is quite mesmerising.

  • There was a wasp in this video? Uhh lol..

  • Actually the video is really about the music. Jed Town is the musician and composer.

  • holy shit dude

  • It was a fair battle since the wasp in this video is not bigger than the bees, many wasp win most of the time just because they are much bigger than bees

  • Nature does not consider if the battle is fair. The slow-mo dance that reveals that the insects are fighting - at full speed you would never notice. In NZ wasps are called "German Wasps" - they are small and sometimes nasty - but the bees are soft and furry.

  • where was the fight idiot?

  • Seems the battle was to prevent an invasion. Its not called it "The fight..." as the bees won the battle witout a fight. Kind of the point of the video, oh wise one. BTW the birds are part of the story. Use your imagination, just a little, okay?

  • Stupid dorkasshole343 this is no fight its a battle of bees kicking wasp ass away from their territory. You are so pathetic that you are born as a dork.

By the way I like this movie nzblue thanks for posting.

  • Thanks - I am glad that someone knows the difference between a wasp and a bee. Humanity relies on bees. Wasps look evil.

  • they look like european wasp. i could tell the bees 4m the wasps. bees looked round and of course the wasp more oval

  • Indeed.

  • cool
