It can be told by the surgeon after examination. But, usually mammary glands are always present. Only in pseudo- gynaecomastia, which is due to excess fat depositions, mammary glands may be insignificant.

@tetouani1975 Depending upon the size, the cost of surgery varies between 1500 USD to 2000 USD. It does not include your stay in Delhi in a hotel or guest house. There is no need for admission in hospital. We do it like an outpatient procedure- walk in- walk out.
