  • Thanks for the great video. I love my new machine.

  • @macmic6 Thanks! Great to hear :) - Kat

  • Hi Gail, any tips on increasing the dosage on the Odea Go?

    Thanks!

  • @treegood Not possible; the Go isn't designed to change dosages, and there's no secret method for doing so. Sorry :( - Kat

  • I use Lavazza Super Crema and Gold only. Bought the machine from you guys. I was going to return the machine but decided to keep

it, learning curve. Grind is set half way or

middle. Should I use a coarser grind? I will not make a puck at 9 grams

  • @deemancpa Call into the guys to troubleshoot it -- they're here 8 - 5 PST Monday-Friday and they should be able to figure out what's up. The machine does work this way, so if you're having issues with it there may be something else wrong. The coffee/grind sound right. - Kat

  • Ok. I've followed the directions two separate times. When increased, the machine goes through the motions with no puck just grinds in the coffee grinds container. This increasing the dosage will not work on the highest setting. Please try it, it will not work.

  • @deemancpa Strange -- this does work on our demo model and also many customers who have watched it to tweak their dosages. Did you purchase the machine from us? If so, call into one of the techs to troubleshoot -- could be that something is up with the machine and it could be covered by warranty (if it's still under one). - Kat

  • @deemancpa Also - check your beans and grind setting; the grinding with no results issue is often sourced to using too fine a grind for oily beans, which clogs the grinder and it cannot brew a shot. I would check that out, too, to make sure that's not the cause of what you're seeing. - Kat
