Doesn't matter how you do it, if you tear muscle fibres, and eat protein, you will add muscle fibres. Supersets are great, because they employ the muscles to max potential. Eating heaps of carbs only serves to give you energy, and if you don't use all of it, it turns to fat. Muscles don't rely on calories. They rely on protein.

Good upper body thats a solid chest workout but try to work your legs and squat more, it will increase your bench weight dramatically. Nice job bro keep it up
