  • @gregthesplintercell offseason is when they are not preparing for competition , wich means they are eating free,meaning in other words they eat some shity food for example pizza etc...so they got they body fat % higher then usual.

  • @bassplayer18a7x8 Bulking and cutting is an old method, which has been mistranslated by fat fucks who want to justify the crap load of shit food they eat. Doesn't matter how you do it, if you tear muscle fibres, and eat protein, you will add muscle fibres. Supersets are great, because they employ the muscles to max potential. Eating heaps of carbs only serves to give you energy, and if you don't use all of it, it turns to fat. Muscles don't rely on calories. They rely on protein.

  • @bassplayer18a7x8 Also, eating more calories than you burn isn't the most important factor in muscle growth (in fact, that has more to do with fat storage than muscle building), it's the amount of 'protein' that you consume that's important. And it's possible to lose weight and build muscle, so long as your protein intake is high enough, and you don't go too low in your calories. However, for competing bodybuilders, gaining fat is, at least somewhat, unavoidable (they must eat a lot).

  • @ba (Oops, mistakes...) Supersets can build muscle and burn fat because 1) they break down muscle tissue (which during healing causes the muscle to grow), and 2) they employ high reps that burn more calories (the body uses the calories stored in your fat reserves as fuel, assuming that you don't eat too much before training, however, one should eat something before training of course). When you combine this with cardio and caloric restriction (dieting), you lose weight and become 'ripped'.

  • Somebody needs to teach this guy how bodybuilders train... bouncing the bar off of your chest isn't exactly the most effective way to hit the muscle. Dude is huge though, I'll give him that. Keep hittin it hard man.

  • Good upper body thats a solid chest workout but try to work your legs and squat more, it will increase your bench weight dramatically. Nice job bro keep it up
